John Treadwell
Student Minister
Biography:
John joined Farmville Baptist Church in 2014 and began ministering to students at Farmville in February 2016. He is originally from Bonifay, Floria, and is a graduate of the University of Florida and the Mississippi College School of Law. John also is the Deputy Director of the Legislative Services Agency, Legal Division, which serves the Alabama Legislature. After previously serving as a student minister in Florida and South Alabama, Farmville has afforded him the opportunity to reconnect with ministry and his love of discipling and sharing God’s Word with junior high, high school, and college students. He finds no greater joy than seeing students commit their lives to Christ, grow in their daily walk with Him, and share their faith in Christ with others.
Although he is an avid Florida Gator fan, he and his wife, Kristee, an Auburn alumnus, psychologist and Assistant Director for Clinical Services at the Auburn University Student Counseling & Psychological Services Center, can often be found rooting for the Auburn Tigers at various athletic events.
