Josh Tanner

Rev. Josh Tanner, Senior Pastor

Josh was called to serve as Farmville's Pastor in February 2010. Josh comes to us from the hometown of Hokes Bluff, a small town in northeast Alabama. Josh has a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Covington Theological Seminary in Rossville, Georgia and is currently a senior at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary completing his Master's of Divinity degree specializing in church planting and evangelism. He has served three other churches in Alabama, his most recent stop being as the Minister of Students and Education in Montgomery, Alabama. Prior to entering full time vocational ministry, Josh served as a firefighter-paramedic for ten years with the Anniston and Gadsden Fire Departments. Josh has been married to his wife, Kim, for 13 years. They have two children, Chase and Allie.
